Unless the received product is damaged or the customer has received the wrong product, there are no refunds on the product. Only replacements are applicable for damaged or manufacturing defective products. The customer has to notify of any damage or manufacturing defect within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The placed order can be shipped to a single address, which is specified at the time of payment. If you want the product to be sent to a different address, it is advised to place multiple orders.
