1. Buyer protection policy

2. Shipping policy
Shipping for all the products that you order from Amani Mart is available at PAN India. There is a process for an ordered product may take a range between 3-8 working days for delivery. In Case of cancelling a product once it got dispatched, if our reverse pickup service is not available on your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product. The courier charges will be reimbursed in the refund once we receive the product.
3. Cancellation/ Return/ Replacement Policy
We encourage our customers to communicate us via any medium before raising a cancellation/ return/ replacement for a better understanding of reason. Buyers are allowed to raise the cancellation of the product within 3 days of their purchase date of receipt generated. You can place the return or replacement request within 7 days of the order delivery. Once you raise the return and replacement request, company will take 24-48 hours for approval, and after approval the product will be pickup by our courier partner/services. In Case if our reverse pickup service is not available on your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product. The courier charges will be reimbursed in the refund once we receive the product.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally initiated in the following scenarios:
When Prepaid Orders are cancelled by Customer/buyers before dispatch (Please read our Cancellation Policy) the refund amount will take in process within 3-7 days.
If our courier partner is unable to deliver the order then the amount get refunded within 3-7 days.
If you wish to return the product, in accordance with our Return Policy
Refund will not be initiated in the following scenarios
The amount will always be refunded in the genuine cases after deducting the shipping cost if the product has been dispatched. Wrong product received will not be refunded.
