All the Amani products come under 6 months to 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. However, it may vary from product to product. Any physical damage done during the usage is not covered in the warranty. Unless the received product is damaged or the customer has received the wrong product, there are no refunds on the product. Only replacements are applicable for damaged or manufacturing defective products. The customer has to notify of any damage or manufacturing defect within 48 hours of receiving the product.
The return or replacement of the delivered product can only be requested if the customer brings the matter to our notice within 48 hours of the receipt of your order and only under the conditions listed below.
- If the delivery of the product takes more time than the committed date then the customer can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to the customer within X working days. The company do not take any responsibility for a delay in the refund because of the delays made by the banks, natural calamities or holidays.
- The refund will not be entertained under certain circumstances like natural calamities, delay due to the logistics partners, unavailability of the customer, and so on.
- In case the product returned back to our company warehouse due to certain conditions like a customer not available to receive the product or if after several attempts by the courier company the customer still has not taken delivery of the product or if the address given on the order is incorrect, the refund will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.
- In case the received product is different from the order then the customer can request a refund. However, the customer must bring this to the notice of our customer support team within 48 hours of the same.
- If the product is found to be damaged by the customer under any circumstances the refund will not be processed.

- No cancellations are entertained after the products have been received by the customer
- In case the order has not been delivered, the customer can cancel the order by refusing delivery.
- The refund process will be initiated after we have received the original product from our courier partner.
