Returns: We at AMANI, offer a hassle-free returns policy for products that are damaged or defective. Customers must inform us by writing an email within 48 hours of delivery on our official mail ID email@example.com with the order ID and the purchase bill and return the product within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and condition.
Note: In some cases, AMANI may not be able to arrange for a pickup of the product.
Refunds: Once we receive the returned product, After the quality check, we at AMANI will initiate the refund process within 7-10 working days. AMANI offers a 100% refund policy for prepaid orders, while for cash on delivery (COD) orders, customers will receive a refund in the form of AMANI credits.
Note: It is not necessary that the refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. You can speak to our customer care and get your balance refund at the choice of your payment source.
Cancellation: Customers can cancel their orders before the products are shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
We at AMANI, reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the product is damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling. In case of any discrepancy, our decision on the eligibility of the return, refund, or cancellation request shall be final and binding.
